How long does it take for home delivery?
- Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 3 to 5 working days.
- Other Regions: 5 to 7 working days.
Note: Since each premium frame configuration is custom-built upon your order request, our production team takes 24 to 48 hours to complete assembly before courier dispatch.
What courier do you use for deliveries?
We partner with premium, reliable logistics networks across Pakistan (including Leopards, TCS, and Trax) to ensure your fragile framed art items are tracked closely and handled with care throughout transit.
I haven't received a dispatch email/email confirmation?
Please check your spam or junk folder, as automated store receipts can occasionally be filtered there. If you still don't see it within 15 minutes of ordering, send us a quick ping on WhatsApp with your name and phone number, and we'll pull up your details right away.
Why does it not tell us on the website that the items will be delivered from the central workshop?
To maintain absolute quality control, all of our gallery-grade framing, matting, and print assembly are handled in our centralized production facility. Your art pieces are dispatched straight from the workshop lines to your home to minimize handling damage.
Can I collect from a local store?
Currently, Xplore operates exclusively as an online direct-to-consumer store. This ensures we can offer premium Italian-style mouldings and ultra-HD prints without retail markup costs. We deliver safely directly to your door across Pakistan.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Our delivery couriers typically operate and drop off packages from Monday through Saturday. Sunday deliveries depend heavily on individual regional hub operations inside your specific city limits.
Can you confirm you have received my return?
As soon as our warehouse team receives your returned package and inspects the structural integrity of the frame return, an automated system SMS/email notification will be broadcasted to your contact log details.
How long will it be before I get a refund?
Once your return item package is checked into our studio facility, refunds are completely finalized and routed through your preferred payment channel (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash) within 3 to 5 working days.
Who pays for return postage?
If you are returning an order due to a change of heart or personal preference adjustments, the return courier logistics cost is covered by the customer. If the item was sent incorrectly by us, we handle the return completely free of charge.
Why have you not refunded the original delivery charge?
Original shipping and handling fees are consumed by the initial logistics carrier services immediately upon your parcel leaving our workspace loop, and are therefore non-refundable for standard, damage-free returns.
Do you offer a VAT/Tax discount to international customers?
All prices displayed on our domestic Pakistani store are fully inclusive of standard local processing. For international bulk print requests or customized global orders outside Pakistan, please connect with our billing department via email for clean international invoicing.
