Enter your order number (for example XP-260012) and the mobile number you ordered with on this page. Signed-in customers can also see every order under My Orders.

It is on your order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. It starts with XP-.
When will I get a courier tracking number?
As soon as your order ships. Frames are assembled to order, so dispatch usually takes 1–2 days, then delivery takes 3–5 working days in major cities and 5–7 elsewhere.
