Cricket Ball Tape
Cricket ball tape for wrapping tape balls, sold in packs of 10 rolls.
About cricket ball tape
Taping the ball is what turns a tennis ball into a tape ball, and every team has its own way of doing it. More layers make the ball heavier and harder; fewer layers keep it lighter. That's why most teams buy ball tape by the pack rather than one roll at a time.
Our Osaka cricket ball tape comes in packs of 10 rolls, and you can choose 8 or 10 yard rolls. Those are the two lengths most players use: a longer roll tapes more balls before you need a new one.
Keep rolls somewhere cool and dry. Heat softens the adhesive, and a roll left in the sun won't wrap as neatly.
Ball tape pairs naturally with tape balls (Wizal, Yorker, CA, Ihsan X-99, Dunlop Fort and Speed) or a dozen loose 70 mm balls. A pack of tape balls with a pack of Osaka tape is enough to reach free delivery on its own, and our homepage kit adds both to your bag in one tap.
- Each pack has 10 rolls.
- 8 and 10 yard rolls are the most common lengths.
- Store tape out of the sun so the adhesive stays firm.
