Tapeless Balls

Tapeless cricket balls you play straight out of the box, with no electrical tape and no re-taping between matches.

About tapeless balls

Our tapeless ball is the Super Bouncer: a bright yellow ball with the Super Bouncer logo, packed in a box. You can buy a single ball to try it, or a dozen (12 balls) for a team, a coaching group or a season of street cricket.

A tapeless ball saves time before every game, because nobody has to tape it, and it's handy for practice sessions and backyard games. It doesn't play like a taped tennis ball, though, so if your team is used to tape balls, buy one first and see how it suits your game before ordering a dozen.

If you prefer the traditional game, our tape balls (Wizal, Yorker, CA, Ihsan X-99, Dunlop Fort and Speed) come 3 to an air-tight pack, and our Osaka ball tape comes in packs of 10 rolls. Loose 70 mm balls are another option if you like to tape single balls yourself.

Store spare balls somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sun, and they'll be ready whenever the next match starts.

  • Tapeless means no tape: play the ball as it is.
  • Try a single ball before buying a dozen if your team usually plays with taped balls.
