About this item

A hand gripper is the simplest piece of grip training you can own: squeeze, hold, release. It's small enough for a kit bag or a desk drawer, so it's easy to fit a few sets into your day, whether you're a cricketer who wants a firmer hold on the bat, a badminton player working on racket control, or someone getting back into fitness.

Start on a setting you can squeeze ten to fifteen times with good control, then increase the resistance as it gets easy. Two or three sets per hand, a few times a week, with rest days in between, is plenty for most people. Stop if you feel pain in your wrist or fingers.

Brand, size and exact model depend on what's in stock, so ask us on WhatsApp before you order and we'll send a photo of the item you'll receive.

Keep it dry and wipe the handles after use, especially in summer.

Pair it with a skipping rope or resistance bands for a simple home workout kit.

You can pay Cash on Delivery anywhere in Pakistan, or pay in advance by Online Transfer (JazzCash or Easypaisa). Buying for a team, a school or a family gift? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you put the right set together.
